Bard is an experimental conversational AI service powered by LaMDA. Taking it a step further by opening it up to trusted testers before making it more widely available to the public.
Bard seeks to combine the breadth of knowledge of the world with the power, intelligence, and creativity of the larger language paradigm. It extracts information from the web to provide fresh, high-quality answers. Bard can be an outlet for creativity and a launching pad for the curious, helping you explain new discoveries from NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope to your 9-year-old or your best football forward.

The Google Bard is not currently accessible for public testing but can be accessed by select individuals. Google is developing a “lightweight prototype version of LAMDA” that uses significantly fewer computational resources.
