TV School Class Routine in Bangladesh

All educational institutions in the country are closed to prevent coronavirus infection in Bangladesh. In this situation, the government has decided to disseminate the eighth (8) to ninth (9) class activities in ‘Parliament Television’ to keep students in the study.

The government has taken initiatives to start teaching the subject from sixth to tenth grade on ‘Parliament TV’ due to the deadly coronavirus. The ‘Television of Parliament’ will begin to live class 9 to 10 Sunday 29th March.

A routine of Class 9 to 10 TV School

 

The Department of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE), with the help of A2i, will begin the class tomorrow (Sunday, March 29) starting tomorrow. A detailed class schedule has already been published on the website of the Department of DSHE.

It is reported that the class routine was first published from March 29 to April 2. Every day 2 classes of each class will be broadcast. The duration of the class will be 20 minutes. The classes will start at 9:05 AM in the morning. Classes will end at 12:00 noon.

However, classes of the sixth grade will run from:05 AM to 9:45 AM, classes 7 from 9:50 AM to 10:30 AM, classes 10:35 AM from 11:15 and a class 9  11:20 AM to 12:00 PM. Classes will be resumed daily from 2 pm to 5 pm. The next class routine will be published on the DSHE website next April 1.

Director-General of the Department of School and High School Education Dr. Syed Ghulam Farooq told the media, “The teacher who will be teaching will give homework on the subject taught after the class. For each subject, the students will complete the examination in different fields by date. After opening the school, homework should be submitted to the teacher concerned. The number on this homework will be considered as part of a continuous assessment. ‘

More than two hundred teaching classes of sixth to ninth grade subjects were recorded in Banabees, mobile phone company Robi and a private university studio in the Ministry of Education.

The decision of the Ministry of Teaching through TV will be implemented by ATUI and the Department of Secondary and Higher Education. Banbees and others will cooperate. Officials at the Department of Education and A2i reported the matter.

As long as the educational institutions are closed, the teaching activities will be continued through television. In view of the fact that the students could stay away from their homes if the educational institutions were closed for a long time, an initiative has been taken to broadcast the educational programs recorded on Parliament television.

Next, TV School 35 classes will be disseminated every week for seven days. Students will be able to receive instruction from the experienced teachers on their own subject on television at home. This academic program at the secondary education level will be disseminated with the technical support of the A2i project of the Prime Minister’s Office.
